Who pays return shipping?
- ACL issue (faulty, misdescribed): We provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.
- Change‑of‑mind: Buyer pays return postage.
Lawful exclusions
- Normal wear on used cards when consistent with the listed grade and photos.
- Damage after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Hidden defects present at supply remain covered by the ACL.
